This programme will help ensure that all Ansaldo NES project engineers and project managers maximise their potential, helping the business meet its project delivery goal of continuing to improve its already industry-leading standards, further exceeding our customer expectations.
This core goal will be achieved through formal training, leading to qualifications in APM membership and can be followed up with a specifically designed Career Development.
